Customer Success at TRACTIAN

What you'll do
As a Customer Success Engineer, your goal is to make our customers happy and productive. To work collaboratively with sales, product, and engineering. To set a high standard for how we serve our customers and to always communicate with empathy and respect. We deeply value high-quality Customer Experience and view it as necessary to our long-term success.
Perform the Onboarding of our solutions to our customers
Assist the Sales Account Executive team in the formulation of ROI (Return on investment) projects
Collaborate with our Sales team to manage renewals and expansions
Update all information in our CRM and put all updates with our customers
Proactively identify customers who aren’t maximizing their opportunity with our product/service and reach out to create an action plan to help them achieve success
Study customer insights and help them understand what happened: every day you will be expected to access CS OPS and check all insights from the last 24h
3+ years of previous closing experience with Sales Applications, Factories or Engineering
Graduate of a 4-year Engineering university
This is a demanding position with high internal visibility, that requires strong priority management and high emotional intelligence
Deep knowledge of our products since you will be in contact with customers daily
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
Passion for going above and beyond the call of duty, taking initiative, and thriving in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment
SaaS or B2B experience
Experience with Hubspot, and/or other CRM
Having already worked inside industries
